The hotel location was unbeatable in a Safe Neighbourhood. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Have stayed here many times and would absolutely stay here again. Liked this fairly clean and quirky place, attentive staff and fashionable rooms. The property was in the heart of the city. Booked a room with a comfortable bed.

Booked this for our trip and it met every demand. Everything at this small family run hotel was perfect as we expected. It was in an absolutely perfect location minutes away from Plaza Serrano Square. Furthermore, in the safe neighborhood of Palermo Soho.

The location awesome and amazing in great neighborhood. Short walk to cafes and restaurants, safe area with a lot of bars and quiet mixed residential/boutique shopping district. The rooms with air con.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and immaculate rooms that are much larger than average. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and the bed is wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep to recharge for the next day. The location is also excellent, situated in one of the better and safer areas, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby.

There were good-sized & fashionable rooms with air con, a comfortable bed plus huge bathrooms. The location was great and fantastic: a bakery and boutiques were within walking distance.

I recently stayed at Sissi Haz for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The staff, especially the owner Lorenzo and his family, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The hotel provided reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire property and the breakfast, particularly the croissants, was delicious. I would definitely recommend Sissi Haz to my friends.

We would recommend it to all, had a really really nice experience. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable, that's an advantage. The room is retro and stylish, that is important to us. The bed is great.

The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is filled with great items, including options for those with special dietary needs. this hotel is a great value for money and a fantastic choice for a stay in Palermo.
